The studios are located in the same building at Weston Rd and Eglington in the Mount Dennis neighbourhood of Toronto. Easily accessible from Highways 401 and 400 and by public transit. 15 kms from Toronto Pearson Airport. 12 kms from downtown Toronto.

Daytime rentals are available from 9am - 11pm. Overnight rentals are from 7pm - 11am the next day.

The studios can be rented for a variety of occasions including (but not limited to): private and professional provider play, a kinky couple’s getaway, parties, events, meetings, workshops and classes. Plenty of natural light make them an ideal space for video and photo shoots.

The studios are the perfect location to host professional sessions for both local and touring providers. Professional rentals are $100/hr for session time and include 30 mins set up and 60 mins clean up without fee (it is expected that this time is used for cleaning the studio, shower, pack up etc and is not used for time with client or photography/social media posting). Please check "professional provider use" on the studio request form (business email address, website, social media presence or advertising listing may be required as proof of provider status). If you are a provider looking to rent the studios on a regular basis and would like access to view/book yourself in to the studio calendars yourself, please reach out to us.

The rental fees listed are for 2 guests. An additional guest may be added for $50. 4 guests or more would be considered an event rental.

The capacity for an event rental for Studio Ludus is 40 and Studio Morta is 20 (both studios can be rented a the same time for a capacity of 60. Professional provider rental fees listed are also for 2 guests (one provider and one client). Each additional provider would require a $50/hr fee.

The studio rental terms of agreement #1 states that "Renter agrees to leave the studio & adjacent grounds in the same condition as they were when renter arrived". We ask that renters set aside time to wash, dry and put away their dishes, sanitize any toys and surfaces used, place garbage in the provided cans, wipe any areas of the floor that may have been soiled, place all laundry in the basket, put furniture back where they were found. Failure to do this will result in a $200 cleaning fee charge.

We require photo ID from one renter as well as a credit card in the same name for incidentals (any theft or damages that may take place during the rental).

Renters must be 18 years of age or older.

We accept e-transfer and credit card. Credit card payments have an additional 4% processing fee.

Rentals are self check in so all required information must be received in advance.

Once you submit a rental request form, we will send next steps to secure the reservation. Once we receive all required information, you will be sent a detailed email with everything you need to know to check in, including address and a personalized lock box code so that you can access the key to the suite. Rentals are self check in.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Availability is subject to change and we are not able to predict availability in advance as it is constantly changing.

We will do our best to make your preferred date and time of rental work and will offer other options if it can not.

Rental fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling date of rental (due to personal emergency, illness, travel delay) will be considered on an individual basis. Cancellation fee may apply.

Renter agrees to pay a cancellation fee of $50 for day use and $100 for overnight use with less than 24 hrs notice.

There is ample free parking either behind the building (please park in the spot labelled with the suite number of the studio you are renting) or on a nearby side street.

Yes there is. WiFi is included in rental.

You can book a half day (4 hr) or full day (8 hr) rental anytime between 9am and 11pm.

Unfortunately not. You must remain in one studio for the duration of your booking.

They are not. Only you and your party will have access to the studio during your rental.

The studios are discreet. Both studios are located in a small, 2 story, 10 unit building with very minimal foot traffic. Studio Morta can be accessed directly from the street and Studio Ludus is on the second floor with only 2 other units (which are not always occupied year round). The building was constructed in the 1930s made from concrete and quite sound proof. We do ask however that renters are mindful to keep excessive noise to a minimum and observe the 11pm noise curfew bylaw.

Unfortunately not. Equipment and toys can not be moved from one studio to the other.

Absolutely! Both studios are fully stocked with a wide selection of toys but if you would like to bring your own, please do so. Please just be mindful to keep them separate from the studio implements so that nothing is accidently taken or left behind.

The studios are thoroughly cleaned in between rentals and deep cleaned regularly. We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness using hospital grade sanitizer and bleach. Both studios have an autoclave to sanitize metal implements at high heat.

No smoking is permitted in the studios, stairwell or hallway as stated in the rental terms of agreement #13. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking in these areas.

Super Coffee on the corner of Weston and Eglington has some nice items for breakfast and lunch. The Junction is a short drive and has many restaurants to choose from (two favourites are https://www.nodorestaurant. ca/ and https://www.lunajunction.ca/ )

If after watching the video tours you would still like to see the studios in person, you can arrange a tour through the contact page form. 15 min tours are $50. 30 min tours are $100. Tours are an opportunity to acquaint yourself with the space, see what's available and ask general questions about the rental. They do not include any instruction on how to use the equipment.
