Friday – Saturday $500

Check In 7 pm. Check Out 11 am.

Earlier & Later times can be arranged for an additional fee of $80/hr.

Day rate is required when booking consecutive nights $600

30 mins set up & 60 mins clean up without fee

Proof of provider status required (website, social media, advertisement)

The above rates are for 2 guests.

There is an additional fee to add more guests which will be discussed at time of booking.

Event Rentals

4 hour event rental $550 (must end by 11pm)

Studio Ludus capacity is 40 guests.

Studio Morta capacity is 20 guests.

$100 discount when both Studio Ludus and Studio Morta are reserved at the same time (total capacity 60 guests).
