Half Day (4 hrs) $350

Sunday – Thursday $400

Friday – Saturday $450

Check In 7 pm. Check Out 11 am. Earlier & Later times can be arranged for an additional fee of $80/hr.

Day rate is required when booking consecutive nights  $600

event rentals

Studio Ludus capacity is 40 guests.

Studio Morta capacity is 20 guests.

4 hour event rental $500 (must end by 11pm)

$100 discount when both Studio Ludus and Studio Morta are reserved at the same time (total capacity 60 guests).
