The studios can be rented for a variety of occasions including (but not limited to): private and professional play, a kinky couple’s getaway, parties, events, meetings, seminars and classes. Plenty of natural light make them an ideal space for video and photo shoots.

Studio Ludus, named after the schools where Roman gladiatorial slaves were trained, is on the second floor  (no elevator available). Studio Morta, named after the Goddess of death in Roman mythology, is on the first floor, directly beneath the Ludus, with the main play space being wheelchair accessible. Both suites are in the same building with separate entrances and are not directly connected.
